You'll design intuitive product experiences for the hx platform, translating complex problems into clear solutions. Your core impact will be evolving the model developer experience from 0 to 1. You'll partner with product, engineering, and research teams in a lean, craft-obsessed design team.

• Designing intuitive product experiences across the hx platform
• Partnering with product managers, engineers, and researchers on discovery and delivery
• Contributing components and patterns to the Xpression design system
• Using AI tools to support research synthesis and prototyping

📋 Requirements

• Experience designing end-to-end product experiences grounded in user needs
• Hands-on experience working within a design system
• Strong foundation in design craft with attention to usability and accessibility
• Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering in a cross-functional team
