You'll join a mission-driven team building an AI-powered platform that simplifies healthcare administration for clinicians. You'll own problems end-to-end, from system design through production, working on backend services, APIs, and data pipelines. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build backend services, APIs, and data pipelines
• Work with customers to understand workflows and translate requirements
• Write evals to improve LLM-powered systems
• Analyze logs and debug event streams for reliability

📋 Requirements

• Python, Go, or TypeScript proficiency
• Experience with AWS infrastructure
• Strong background in system design and distributed systems
• Proven ability to ship backend services to production

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with React or HTMX
• Experience migrating infrastructure from CDKTF
• Open source contributions or strong GitHub portfolio
