🎯 What You'll Do
- Own full recruitment lifecycle for US-based technical roles.
- Build candidate pipelines via LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, and outreach.
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements and unblock decisions.
- Screen candidates for technical capability, ownership, and execution strength.
📋 Requirements
- Full-cycle technical recruitment experience with US hiring market exposure.
- Ability to manage multiple technical roles in parallel in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience hiring engineers, data, product, or other technical functions.
- Strong intuition for technical profiles and assessing engineering talent.
