🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own full recruitment lifecycle for US-based technical roles.
  • Build candidate pipelines via LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, and outreach.
  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements and unblock decisions.
  • Screen candidates for technical capability, ownership, and execution strength.

📋 Requirements

  • Full-cycle technical recruitment experience with US hiring market exposure.
  • Ability to manage multiple technical roles in parallel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience hiring engineers, data, product, or other technical functions.
  • Strong intuition for technical profiles and assessing engineering talent.
