You'll join Lorikeet's Agent Implementation team, building the strategic foundation of our post-sales organization. You'll design scalable frameworks and directly influence how enterprise customers adopt AI across their organizations. This is a chance to shape an entire function while growing into a senior leadership role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as a trusted AI advisor to enterprise customers
• Design and implement scalable post-sales processes
• Lead multiple AI agent launches simultaneously
• Build and refine implementation methodology and playbooks

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in product management or customer success
• Experience working with enterprise customers on AI or software implementations
• Ability to translate complex AI capabilities into clear business value
• Comfort with ambiguity and building processes from scratch
