💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and help the team meet sales targets. This onsite part-time role offers a chance to grow in a fun retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Open and close the store and provide leadership support.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.
• Help maintain stockroom organization and store cleanliness.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and use store equipment.
