You'll project manage the full implementation process for independent supply stores transitioning to Rundoo's technology. You'll build deep client relationships and partner with sales and customer success teams to ensure smooth handoffs. This role offers the chance to modernize an overlooked industry with strong backing from top investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee client onboarding from kickoff to go-live support.
• Build strong client relationships and understand their unique needs.
• Partner with sales and customer success for smooth transitions.
• Provide post go-live high touch support for 2-3 weeks.

📋 Requirements

• Excellent communication and consultative relationship skills.
• Experience in project management with attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solving ability to address client challenges.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and willingness to travel.
