You'll drive Teya's expansion in your territory, owning your market by identifying and converting local businesses into clients. You'll create your own leads through street-level outreach and compete against traditional banking with modern payment solutions. This role offers uncapped commission and rapid career growth in a high-performance team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and visit local businesses to present payment solutions
• Generate own leads through street-level prospecting and networking
• Manage client pipeline using CRM tools
• Collaborate with team to share insights and drive results

📋 Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and intermediate English
• B2B sales experience with a hunter mindset
• Ability to build relationships with local businesses
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
