🎯 What You'll Do

• Call candidates to engage them with the platform.
• Assess educator quality based on communication and experience.
• Follow up inbound and outbound leads to drive urgency.
• Match candidate skills to school requirements.

📋 Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales or client-facing experience.
• Experience working in or with the UK education sector.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
