  • Serve as primary contact for large customers with a consultative approach
  • Lead integration of Harvey into daily workflows for seamless adoption
  • Proactively monitor account health and address risks early
  • Evangelize Harvey to end users and enable daily adoption

  • Background in management consulting at a top-tier firm or enterprise SaaS customer success
  • Experience conducting change management for large technology projects
  • Excellent communication and strategic planning skills at all levels
