You'll act as a trusted advisor, deeply integrating Harvey's AI solutions into their business processes. This role offers a chance to shape a generational company at a true inflection point.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Serve as primary contact for large customers with a consultative approach
- Lead integration of Harvey into daily workflows for seamless adoption
- Proactively monitor account health and address risks early
- Evangelize Harvey to end users and enable daily adoption
๐ Requirements
- Background in management consulting at a top-tier firm or enterprise SaaS customer success
- Experience conducting change management for large technology projects
- Excellent communication and strategic planning skills at all levels
