You'll lead packaging development across multiple brands, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovative packaging solutions from design to production. You'll ensure technical and aesthetic excellence for e.l.f. Beauty's portfolio of brands, including e.l.f. Cosmetics, Naturium, and Keys Soulcare.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead packaging development from design turnover through production.
• Drive innovative premium packaging materials, color effects, and decoration.
• Partner with China team and global sourcing to manage suppliers.
• Ensure projects meet design, quality, cost, and sustainability objectives.

📋 Requirements

• BS degree in Packaging Science or Engineering.
• 7+ years' experience in cosmetic package development.
• Comprehensive knowledge of global supplier community and pricing.
• Deep expertise in sustainable packaging materials and practices.
