🎯 What You'll Do

• Participate in salary surveys and market mapping
• Process survey results and prepare analytics
• Evaluate positions using Mercer methodology
• Develop and update C&B policies and procedures

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in C&B or performance management
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas)
• Knowledge of Mercer grading system
• Experience in organizational design or job analysis

• Experience in process optimization and automation
• Intermediate English level
• Knowledge of labor legislation
