You'll define the technical vision and architecture for an AI-powered recruiting platform as a founding member. You'll lead engineering scale and product delivery. This role offers direct CEO collaboration and significant ownership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and own overall platform architecture and engineering roadmap
• Lead, recruit, and scale the engineering organization
• Oversee backend systems, AI models, and integrations development
• Establish engineering best practices for security, testing, and reliability

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience as CTO or VP of Engineering in a high-growth startup
• Deep technical expertise in TypeScript/NestJS and Python/FastAPI
• Experience scaling engineering teams from 10 to 50+ engineers
• Strong background in AI/ML infrastructure and recruiting platforms

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, FedRAMP)
• Published research in AI, NLP, or recommendation systems
• Background in marketplace or two-sided platform development
