You'll oversee MEP system installations for hyperscale AI data center projects in Abilene, TX. Your core impact is ensuring mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards while managing on-site activities and subcontractors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise on-site construction activities for direct hires and subcontractors.
• Ensure MEP systems are installed on time, within budget, and compliant with codes.
• Perform inspections on materials, equipment, and construction deliveries.
• Develop and implement execution plans including schedules and logistics.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of field experience in MEP construction.
• Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and industry codes.
• Experience overseeing large-scale base building projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in construction management software like Procore or Primavera.
