💼 About This Role

You'll own manufacturing processes for high-pressure fluid systems and propulsion hardware, working on scaling production from bespoke vehicles to concurrent builds. Your core impact is implementing incremental improvements to increase build cadence and solve large-scale production challenges. This role offers the chance to work directly with design engineers and technicians in the exciting field of commercial space infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide technical direction to improve build processes and scale vehicle cadence
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to solve production challenges
• Refine floor layouts, capacity models, and product flow analysis
• Develop and implement standardized processes for vehicle integration

📋 Requirements

• B.S. degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or aerospace engineering
• 1-4+ years of manufacturing experience
• Teamwork and problem-solving in collaborative environments
• Hands-on experience building complex vehicles
