💼 About This Role

You'll identify operational opportunities and lead cross-functional projects to enhance scalability and efficiency across Equip's Care Operations. Your work will directly enable high-quality patient care at scale in a fully virtual, evidence-based eating disorder treatment program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop Care Operations strategies and tracking frameworks.
• Identify and execute initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Analyze operational data to generate actionable recommendations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement scalable processes.
• Build and maintain comprehensive project plans with milestones.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field.
• 5–8+ years experience in business operations, consulting, or program management.
• Healthcare-focused experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/GSheets.
• Experience implementing scalable processes in a fast-growing environment.
