๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own technical relationship for assigned customer portfolio
- Drive technical adoption and maturity of Braze platform
- Facilitate discovery and recommend solutions
- Create solutions documentation and architectural diagrams
๐ Requirements
- 3-5 years client-facing experience as TAM or similar role
- 3+ years technical experience with SaaS, Mobile, API, or Programming
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
