  • Own technical relationship for assigned customer portfolio
  • Drive technical adoption and maturity of Braze platform
  • Facilitate discovery and recommend solutions
  • Create solutions documentation and architectural diagrams

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3-5 years client-facing experience as TAM or similar role
  • 3+ years technical experience with SaaS, Mobile, API, or Programming
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities

  • Bilingual skills beyond English
  • Experience with Enterprise/Strategic accounts
