You'll join a mission-driven team transforming senior mental health care with compassion and flexibility. You'll provide virtual therapy to older adults from your home, on your own schedule, while Sailor Health handles patient matching. Experience ongoing training in geriatric psychology and a supportive clinician-led culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults virtually
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient
• Manage electronic documentation using streamlined EMR
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and training

📋 Requirements

• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field
• Active clinical license in Georgia (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP)
• Experience working with geriatric population
