Description

As an Operations Associate at ALO, you will drive store profitability and efficiency by executing inventory management processes, investigating accuracy issues, and supporting key operational functions such as shipment, receiving, and floor set updates. You'll work closely with the Operations Visual Management team to maintain strong visual standards and ensure a safe, efficient stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues and escalate process gaps
• Support shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, and replenishment
• Maintain visual standards for the sales floor
• Support stockroom standards and safety
