🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop the DevOps team, including mentoring and hiring
• Own infrastructure strategy across cloud and on-premise environments
• Design, build, and operate scalable, secure, and highly available systems
• Drive CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure-as-code across the organization

📋 Requirements

• Strong experience in DevOps/infrastructure roles
• Experience in leading or mentoring DevOps teams
• Deep expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Linux
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)

• Fluent German is a plus
