💼 About This Role

You'll provide legal advice on corporate governance, commercial transactions, compliance, and contract management at Isar Aerospace, a New Space company building launch solutions. You'll work cross-functionally with finance, commercial, and technical teams to manage legal risks and ensure compliance, supporting the company's growth in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide legal advice on commercial and supply chain contracts
• Support corporate transactions and restructurings
• Monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Assist in improving legal processes and policies

📋 Requirements

• Full graduate degree in Law from a German university or German-speaking community
• 4-5 years of practical experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
• Solid understanding and experience in corporate law
• Fluency in English and German
