Requirements
- Active phlebotomy certification in WA
- At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with technology suite (Slack, G-suite, Zoom, EMR)
- Customer-centric mindset with empathy and focus
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture on patients from pediatrics to geriatrics
- Conduct extended scope duties (EKGs, vitals, vaccines, etc.)
- Handle front-of-house tasks (check-in, insurance verification, scheduling)
- Maintain lab area and ensure proper specimen handling and sterilization
- Assist with clerical duties (patient messages, lab cases, billing inquiries)
