This 10-week immersive program includes mentorship, leadership touchpoints, and a final presentation to senior leadership, offering a cross-functional experience across key business areas like Finance, Risk, Product, and Data.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive high-impact initiatives and strategic challenges within core teams.
• Collaborate across functions including Financing, Portfolio, Risk, and Product.
• Present project and recommendations to Senior Leadership Team.

📋 Requirements

• First-year MBA student from a top-tier business school.
• Advanced Spanish proficiency.
• 4+ years of experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, private equity, venture capital, or high-growth Start-Up/Scale-Up environments.
