Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with construction, cable installation, or low voltage systems is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with ability to handle payments and complete paperwork
• Detail-oriented, capable of following technical instructions, and safety-conscious
• Ability to represent company professionally and maintain product knowledge

Responsibilities

• Install security systems for residential clients according to job specs and customer needs
• Provide excellent customer service and offer solutions to enhance security experience
• Follow wiring diagrams, hook-up procedures, and safety standards
• Conduct tests to verify system performance and instruct customers on equipment use
• Maintain inventory, process paperwork, and support training of new technicians
