📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Software Engineering Manager or technical leadership.
• Strong technical background in backend development (Python, Go, or Node.js).
• Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ERP software integrations (SAP, TOTVS, Oracle).
• Background in event streaming and data pipelines (Kafka, Airflow, Dagster, Temporal).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker).
