You'll lead a team of engineers building ELK Stack-based analytics platforms for the telecom domain, handling large-scale data from LTE/5G networks. You'll define the technical roadmap and deliver real-time dashboards for network performance and fraud analytics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Mentor and lead engineering team on ELK-based projects
• Design architecture and roadmap for telecom analytics
• Configure ELK clusters for large-scale data ingestion
• Develop Logstash pipelines for CDRs and network KPIs

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering with 4+ years in ELK stack
• Experience with telecom protocols like LTE and 5G
• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related field
• Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Kafka and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of Hadoop or Spark
