You'll help grow the Onton community by creating engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You'll scale the community under our Social Media Manager and turn trends into brand-aligned posts. Your work will directly impact reaching 1B+ searches per year.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist in executing daily content for follower growth
• Brainstorm, film, and edit short-form videos
• Identify emerging trends and cultural shifts
• Post and optimize content across social platforms

📋 Requirements

• Comfortable on camera for video content
• Proficiency in CapCut and Canva
• Keen eye for aesthetics and composition
• Strong communication and feedback iteration skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior startup or high-growth experience
• Track record of growing a social media account
• Technical production skills (lighting, audio, video editing)
