💼 About This Role

You'll own the Essentials platform that defines Syndio for most customers, driving pay equity analytics and data hub modernization. You'll lead multiple engineering teams, ensuring fast and reliable delivery while partner with product and GTM.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end roadmap and delivery for Essentials platform
• Drive AI-augmented engineering practices and agent-friendly architecture
• Partner with product, GTM, and customer success teams
• Build and develop engineering teams through hiring and growth

📋 Requirements

• Multi-team customer-facing engineering leadership at scale
• Track record of shipping product repeatedly in B2B SaaS
• AI-native experience using modern AI tooling in engineering
• Ability to partner with product and GTM leaders

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in HR tech or compensation systems
• Background scaling a data-heavy platform with ingestion and normalization
• Led a product through AI-native rebuild
