💼 About This Role

You'll own Relay's marketing tracking infrastructure, from front-end pixels to back-end events, ensuring clean, accurate data for the Growth Marketing team. You will bridge marketing execution and data analysis, empowering smarter decisions. This hybrid role requires collaboration in the office three days a week.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain dashboards in Metabase and Google Sheets/Excel
  • Manage end-to-end marketing tracking and troubleshoot data issues
  • Collaborate with Engineering to evolve analytics infrastructure
  • Support multi-touch attribution and funnel analysis

📋 Requirements

  • 3–5 years in marketing analytics or similar technical role
  • Hands-on with Google Tag Manager, GA4, HubSpot tracking
  • Fluent in SQL, BI tools, and advanced spreadsheets
  • Experience with Segment or similar data pipelines

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with multi-touch attribution or mixed media modelling
  • Familiarity with paid media tagging across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads

📨 Hiring Process
