As a Master Service Technician at Carvana, you will diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems, perform scheduled maintenance and factory recalls, and ensure every service meets our high standards. You'll work in a fast-paced environment with the latest automotive technology, collaborating with a dedicated team to deliver a no-hassle car buying experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician in dealership or independent shop
• Foundational knowledge of automotive systems (engine, transmission, brakes, tires)
• ASE certifications highly preferred
• Proven diagnostic and repair skills using diagnostic software and specialized tools
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems (engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, etc.) using specialized tools
• Perform scheduled maintenance and factory recall campaigns
• Document services and communicate findings to service advisors
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team and mentor junior technicians
