  • Build strong relationships with enterprise and commercial customers

  • Monitor health metrics and identify improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on customer requirements

  • 5+ years in customer success or account management in B2B SaaS
  • Strong understanding of procurement or enterprise workflow processes
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, HRIS, CLM, or Jira

  • Experience with low-code or no-code workflow platforms
  • Background in procurement, legal, finance, or IT systems
  • MBA or top-tier consulting experience
