- Build strong relationships with enterprise and commercial customers
- Define customer business objectives and guide platform adoption
- Monitor health metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on customer requirements

- 5+ years in customer success or account management in B2B SaaS
- Strong understanding of procurement or enterprise workflow processes
- Familiarity with ERP systems, HRIS, CLM, or Jira

- Experience with low-code or no-code workflow platforms
- Background in procurement, legal, finance, or IT systems
- MBA or top-tier consulting experience
