You'll join the opening team of a farm-to-table fast casual restaurant in Nashville, serving seasonal, locally sourced vegetables. You'll be the ambassador of our scratch-made ethos, delivering top-notch guest experiences and telling the story of our farmers and seasonal menus. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Articulate the narrative of the current menu, highlighting seasonality and origin of ingredients.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and ensure guests feel valued.
• Efficiently manage a variety of tasks and remain active in the kitchen.
• Uphold rigorous food safety standards of both health department and Naked Farmer.

📋 Requirements

• Passion for real, good food and exceptional guest service.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Outstanding verbal communication skills.
