You'll coordinate scheduling and communication across high-volume hourly and full-cycle hiring, partnering with recruiters and operations teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience. You'll own interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, and ATS data management to keep hiring moving fast. This role offers exposure to both hourly and professional recruiting in a scaling company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across hourly and non-hourly roles
• Manage candidate communication and timely follow-up
• Support remote hiring events with confirmations and tracking
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS (Greenhouse)

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with Google Suite, Slack, and ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred)
