💼 About This Role
You'll own full-cycle recruiting across G&A and GTM functions for Relay, a digital banking platform. Your impact will be measured in speed, quality, and predictability, pushing boundaries to raise the bar on hiring. You'll leverage AI-driven recruiting tools to improve efficiency and funnel predictability.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own requisitions end-to-end from intake to offer close
- Build and nurture pipelines using outbound sourcing tactics
- Partner with hiring managers to calibrate profiles and influence evaluation
- Track and improve interview velocity and time-to-fill metrics
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years running multiple concurrent searches in high-growth environments
- Proven ability to source, pitch, and close candidates proactively
- Experienced with funnel metrics to guide decisions and influence stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills as a trusted advisor to hiring managers
✨ Nice to Have
- Agency and in-house recruiting experience
- Experience with AI recruiting tools
- Background in fintech or SaaS
