💼 About This Role

You'll own full-cycle recruiting across G&A and GTM functions for Relay, a digital banking platform. Your impact will be measured in speed, quality, and predictability, pushing boundaries to raise the bar on hiring. You'll leverage AI-driven recruiting tools to improve efficiency and funnel predictability.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own requisitions end-to-end from intake to offer close
  • Build and nurture pipelines using outbound sourcing tactics
  • Partner with hiring managers to calibrate profiles and influence evaluation
  • Track and improve interview velocity and time-to-fill metrics

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years running multiple concurrent searches in high-growth environments
  • Proven ability to source, pitch, and close candidates proactively
  • Experienced with funnel metrics to guide decisions and influence stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills as a trusted advisor to hiring managers

✨ Nice to Have

  • Agency and in-house recruiting experience
  • Experience with AI recruiting tools
  • Background in fintech or SaaS

📨 Hiring Process

Stage 1: 45-min interview with Senior Manager TA; Stage 2: 45-min video call with TA team; Stage 3: take-home case study + 60-min in-person presentation; Stage 4: 45-min in-person values interview.
