🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and deliver quarterly goals for your team.
• Collaborate with product management and design on technical decisions.
• Proactively identify and solve project, process, or technology issues.
• Support operations and availability of team's artifacts.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years designing and launching backend systems at scale using Python or Kotlin.
• Proven track record with highly available distributed systems using AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
• Experience building CI/CD or release automation systems that reduce manual toil.
• Experience defining technical plans for significant features with extensible design.
