• Develop and oversee Initiative Strategy and Operational Plan.
• Manage portfolio of major T&OR programs and projects.
• Advance policy and regulatory frameworks with stakeholders.
• Lead business development and secure funded opportunities.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in medium- and heavy-duty vehicle or off-road sector.
• 7+ years program/project management of complex initiatives.
• 5+ years business development and partnership cultivation.
• Proven team leadership and staff management experience.

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Engineering, Planning, or related field.
• Familiarity with battery-electric and hydrogen fuel cell systems.
• Drayage and long-haul experience.
