💼 About This Role

You'll take your commercial real estate expertise and turn it into the logic that powers Orbital Copilot, an AI assistant built exclusively for commercial real estate law. You'll automate workflows for acquisitions, leases, and title analysis for AmLaw 100 and Magic Circle firms, reducing due diligence time by up to 70%. This role offers genuine influence over what we build as we scale from Series B funding.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Automate complex real estate legal workflows from concept to implementation
• Build domain-specific knowledge bases and decision trees for legal processes
• Develop automation blueprints for due diligence, lease reviews, and survey analysis
• Collaborate with AI and software engineers to design attorney-centric features

📋 Requirements

• Licensed US attorney with commercial real estate experience
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, or title and survey review
• Ability to break down due diligence into structured, discrete tasks for automation
• High level of tech literacy and curiosity about AI in legal work
