You'll manage and grow a portfolio of app publisher partners, driving mutual revenue growth through data-driven optimization. You'll build strong relationships via consistent communication and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Tech, and Business teams. This role offers the chance to shape product improvements and strategy while working in a hybrid environment in Boston.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of app publisher partners.
  • Build relationships via Slack, email, and video calls.
  • Analyze KPIs (CPI, CPM, CTR, ARPDAU) to optimize performance.
  • Develop performance reports and QBRs for partners.

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years in AdTech, mobile advertising, or digital marketing.
  • Solid understanding of CPI, CPM, CPC, ARPDAU, CTR metrics.
  • Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides).

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with programmatic advertising.
  • Familiarity with offerwall or rewarded advertising.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience.
