Description

You will lead data center operations across the Midwest region for Nebius, starting with the Missouri site and expanding to additional U.S. locations. As a senior leader, you'll own operations, performance, and team build-out across multiple sites, acting as the primary interface with external partners while ensuring reliable, efficient, and scalable data center operations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data center operations across the region, including critical facilities and IT infrastructure
• Ensure uptime, performance, and SLA delivery across all sites
• Scale from a single-site operation to a multi-site regional footprint
