💼 About This Role

You'll build fraud detection models and advance financial risk products at a fast-growing identity verification company. You'll own end-to-end model development and research new types of fraud. This role offers high visibility and impact in a collaborative, remote-friendly environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop fraud detection models through full lifecycle from data acquisition to production.
• Build foundational modeling for expanding Fraud and Financial Risk products.
• Research new fraud types and develop identity verification products.
• Write production-ready code for real-time decision making.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years relevant work experience with PhD or 8+ years with Masters.
• Proven track record solving complex business problems with DS/ML solutions.
• Experience communicating outcomes to senior management.
• Strong end-to-end DS development including planning, success criteria, and solution delivery.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SOTA ML solutions.
• Familiarity with identity solutions, fintech, or adjacent industries.
• Experience working at a startup.
