💼 About This Role

You'll own the enterprise supply plan and drive rough-cut capacity planning as a core part of the S&OP cycle. Your work ensures supply plans are feasible and aligned with customer demand. This role offers high visibility and growth in a fast-paced electrical manufacturing environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain enterprise supply plan with rough-cut capacity planning
• Lead supply review process in monthly S&OP cycle
• Serve as primary liaison between supply chain and plant Operations
• Provide oversight to plant Master Schedulers for MPS alignment

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in supply planning or master scheduling in manufacturing
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Experience with rough-cut capacity planning and MPS development
• Proficiency with ERP systems (INFOR/SyteLine preferred)

✨ Nice to Have

• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Cross-functional or dotted-line leadership experience
