💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of GCC-based domain experts to adapt AI benchmarks into Modern Standard Arabic. Your core impact is ensuring high-quality, culturally accurate evaluation content for the GCC market. This role stands out because it combines project management with cutting-edge AI evaluation work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Onboard task creators and reviewers on rubric methodology and tools
• Gate tasks for quality at all checkpoints
• Manage rework decisions to ensure top quality
• Coordinate across domain pods and maintain delivery cadence

📋 Requirements

• Native-level Arabic (MSA) with professional working English
• Project management experience leading distributed expert teams
• Familiarity with LLMs and rubric evaluation
• Working familiarity with one or more relevant sectors (Finance, Healthcare, etc.)

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience on AI evaluation, benchmarking, or RLHF/SFT programs
• Experience with GCC regulatory frameworks (ZATCA, CMA, AAOIFI, etc.)
