💼 About This Role

You'll originate new business for Allica Bank's Invoice Finance team, managing introducer relationships and driving sales. You'll take prospects through the full sales cycle from lead to onboarding. This role offers the chance to work in the UK's fastest-growing fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and manage a portfolio of Invoice Finance Introducers
• Drive income in line with monthly, quarterly and annual targets
• Support customers from lead qualification to onboarding
• Develop and execute the commercial business plan

📋 Requirements

• Proven career progression in business development within Invoice Finance
• Strong understanding of SME lending
• Track record of building high-value, trust-based relationships
• Experience in structuring lending proposals and supporting credit applications
