You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create sustainable, high-performance buildings and drive carbon reduction. This role offers deep collaboration across California and Texas studios.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare plumbing drawings for all design phases
• Coordinate plumbing design with other disciplines
• Develop plumbing design solutions based on cost, efficiency, and constructability
• Prepare project labor hour and fee estimates

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in plumbing design
• Certified in Plumbing Design (CPD) credential or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to perform value engineering and develop cost estimates
• Extensive knowledge of plumbing and building codes

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with medical gas, laboratory, or fire protection systems
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
