🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate on-site activities with engineers, subcontractors, vendors
• Conduct quality assurance and safety inspections
• Plan sequencing, crew sizes, and monthly labor spend
• Execute self-performed work and manage labor crews

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in solar commercial construction
• Strong understanding of rooftop installations
• Knowledge of behind-the-meter and utility interconnections
• Valid driver's license with willingness to travel

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ground-mount and carport PV construction
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft platforms
