You'll join a team that owns the simulation ecosystem for advanced autonomous systems at a defense tech company. Your work directly determines whether autonomous systems are ready for real missions by improving simulation fidelity. You'll analyze gaps, engineer solutions, and validate improvements against real flight data.

  • Analyze simulation fidelity gaps using real-world data.
  • Integrate higher-fidelity models from domain teams.
  • Build validation tooling for automated regression detection.
  • Run Monte Carlo campaigns to verify fidelity improvements.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's in CS, Engineering, Physics, or Math.
  • 3+ years experience with C++ or Rust and Python/MATLAB.
  • Experience with performance analysis of complex software systems.
  • Demonstrated ownership of a system end-to-end.

  • Domain knowledge in sensors, comms, or navigation.
  • Experience with simulation frameworks.
  • Background in numerical methods or statistical analysis.
