💼 About This Role

You'll own and evolve Launch Potato's cloud infrastructure, CI/CD platform, and compliance posture. You'll build the SRE function from scratch, enabling product teams to ship faster without compromising reliability or security. This role offers the opportunity to shape infrastructure strategy for a high-growth media company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve cloud infrastructure, CI/CD platform, and compliance posture.
• Build SRE practice: on-call rotation, PagerDuty, SLA/SLOs, runbooks, observability dashboards.
• Complete AWS multi-account migration with zero unplanned downtime.
• Deliver SOC 2 Type I audit-ready infrastructure evidence package.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years production AWS infrastructure experience
• Deep Terraform expertise
• CI/CD pipeline ownership in previous roles
• Experience with PagerDuty and standing up on-call rotation

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with multi-site PaaS or microservices
• Hands-on with OpenTelemetry and Grafana
