You'll manage Shopify operations for an e-commerce brand, overseeing product creation, customer service, and marketing. Your work will directly impact DTC and wholesale sales channels. This role offers full remote work and upskilling opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and manage product listings from inception to SKU assignment
• Handle customer service tickets via Gorgias and email
• Load email content into Klaviyo for DTC marketing
• Manage wholesale collections and Brandboom line sheets

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of e-commerce experience
• Proficiency in Shopify, Amazon, and eBay platforms
• Experience with SEO and non-technical SEO best practices
• Strong English communication skills (at least B2 level)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Klaviyo and Gorgias
• Knowledge of CSS media queries
• Background in dropshipping or wholesale operations
