Description

You will lead treasury and reserve management operations at Stripe, building liquidity workflows, regulatory compliance frameworks, and custody infrastructure for digital assets. Your work ensures real-time reconciliation, automated monitoring, and transparent reporting for reserve assets.

Requirements

• Define reserve allocation strategy within regulatory constraints
• Map all cash movement paths for mint, burn, redemption, custody, and funding flows
• Build SOPs for treasury operations: asset-liability matching, settlement, reconciliation
• Implement settlement controls and dual-authorization workflows
• Develop liquidity risk metrics: ratios, liquidity buffers, mismatches, flow analytics

Responsibilities

• Stand up daily liquidity management schedule, workflows, and reporting cadences
• Ensure real-time reserve–liability reconciliation (on-chain vs. off-chain)
• Establish automated alerting for reserve deviations and reconciliation breaks
• Build monthly reserve attestation package and external auditor engagement workflow
• Create transparency reporting framework including public disclosures and dashboards
