You'll be the technical and operational heart of the employee experience at Ebury, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll for 1,700+ professionals across 29+ markets. You'll take ownership of end-to-end payroll processing and drive process improvements. This role offers clear career progression in a hybrid Madrid office.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process bi-monthly and monthly payrolls end-to-end.
• Analyze and document country-specific payroll controls.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and payroll providers.
• Perform reconciliations and audit tasks.

📋 Requirements

• At least 2 years of multi-country payroll experience.
• Experience with global payroll provider/system like CloudPay.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookup).
• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Experience with CloudPay is preferred.
• Knowledge of local payroll regulations.
