🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead daily operations across hubs to ensure high-functioning environments.
• Set and track Ops team OKRs and KPIs with automated dashboards.
• Operationalize the entire client journey from onboarding to engagement.
• Synchronize Ops, BD, Legal, and Finance for seamless client experiences.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Operations, Business Ops, or Strategy Execution.
• Background in physical operations (mobility, delivery, logistics, hospitality, retail).
• Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary teams of 5–20+ people.
• Deep experience with process documentation, automation, and AI tools.

• Business degree (MBA is a plus).
• Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP.
